remaster (possibly DVD) with latex/kile and 2.6.5 only?

Hey everybody,

does someone know of a Knoppix 3.4 remaster
that includes Latex and dumps kernel 2.4? Or is
someone planning on doing stuff along these
lines? I'd really like something with 2.6 only and
my indispensible Latex suite including kile.

I'd also appreciate if someone has a pointer to a
DVD remaster with the newest stuf and just a
little more software.
