Question about hard drive image

Hi all,

I am trying to find an easy way to create a hard drive image. I found this little how-to http://www.knoppix.net/docs/index.php/ImageYourHardDriveUsingKnoppix
my question is, does this copy over partition and grub information as well. What i want to be able to do is setup one machine perfect then create an image, and install that image on the rest of the machines. I am using arch linux as the distro, not sure if that matters tho.

dd wil make an exact copy of your drive including zero sectors. partimage would be well suited to the task. ;)
