Is there a readily available CD-RW/CD-R burning program in Knoppix?

K3B is included and it works for me. Look under the 'multimedia' section.

multimedia? I have no multimedia section. You are referring to a fluxbox menu, right?

no he's talking about KDE. I'm not sure where it is on fluxbox. try calling it up on a shell if you can't find it.
