Any other GUI other than KDE?

Is there any other GUI other than KDE that comes with Knoppix? or do i have to customly install it?

Lots. Last time I looked they included:

windowmaker, xfce, fluxbox, icewm.

Assuming you're running from CD, have a look at the cheatcodes (near the top of the list) under Docs above to find out how to run them.
