Please be more specific in describing your problem. I may be way out in left field here but I'm guessing that you are getting 404 errors when apt-get is trying to connect to ftp2.de.debian.org which is in the default sources.list. If this is the case, change all the entries in /etc/apt/sources.list which contain ftp2.de.debian.org to ftp.de.debian.org instead.

that is my problem but there are no ftp2 sites.....

OK, the edit the /etc/sources.list file as above so that apt-get doesn't go looking for ftp2.de and will use ftp.de instead. You will need to be root to edit this file, so open a terminal then type 'su' to become root. Then type 'kate /etc/apt/sources.list' to edit using kate editor as root.
I frequently edit files for which I need to be root so I have drag'n'drop copied the Kate icon from the start menu to the desktop then set it's properties to 'run as a different user' (root).
