hi i'm loging into a site and its poping up asking me what to open the swf file with and i'm new to knoppix so i have no clue.

Install flash from the menu.(just click)
Then go to your website.
Many sites generate autoinstalls for IE ,but not for other browsers.
So you've got to get manually.
