Hi,
I've converted Knoppix 3.4 to a HDD Debian install on my laptop and have been trying to install the IPW2100 module...
But when trying to make / make install... I get this error
make -C /lib/modules/2.4.26/build SUBDIRS=/home/cmlee/Downloads/ipw2100-0.45 MODVERDIR=/home/cmlee/Downloads/ipw2100-0.45 modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.4.26'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `modules'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.4.26'
make: *** [modules] Error 2
What is it?
Secondly, how do i upgrade/recompile my kernel? For example, how would I build IPW2100 internally into my kernel?
