TV card

Hello,

Nobody have the solution to save the configuation.
After each reboot, i have to configure the tv card ...

Ideas, one, if not all, could work for you... ( Considering, I think you are booting off the CD )

( 1 ) Use the Save KNOPPIX configuration option under KMenu -> Knoppix -> Configure
( 2 ) Use the Create a persistant KNOPPIX home directory option under KMenu -> Knoppix -> Configure
( 3 ) Install Knoppix to your hard drive.

In the above ideas; ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) require you to have a DOS partition on a hard drive, so Knoppix can save the files to it. ( 3 ) requires you to either have a un-used hard drive, or the ability to have a 3 gig partition on an existing hard drive (free that is).

Not sure if option ( 1 ) above will save out the configurations of your TV Card, or not, but it is worth a try. I would say, option ( 1 ) is your best bet, if you don't want to try option ( 3 ). Worst case, you can delete the files from Windows, or Knoppix, if they don't save these settings for you.
