Hello all,

When I boot up knoppix with my usb key inserted (FAT formatted Apacer HT202), I get four HD partitions on the desktop (sda1 - sda4), none of which can be mounted either by clicking on them or using the mount command in a shell. For example, from the command line:

root@ttyp0[/]# mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1,
or too many mounted file systems

I am using a Dell Precision 360.

Can anyone help with this problem? (Simply want to create a persistent home on my key)

M.
