Hi,

I just installed succesfull superkaramba (apt-get....) and got some sensors up and runing.

Sensors (cpu,hd etc.) themes work well, but i wanted system log on my desktop. I tried to to setup this http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=8524 and this http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=8466 and also this http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=6297 .
None of those worked. I could get nothing on the desktop on those "plug-ins". So should i edit those theme/script files or what?

Do you have permission to read files in /var/log. After hd-install normal user don't have read permission? Add yourself to the group which have a right to read log-files.

Well now im the "owner" of the log directory, but i got http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=8466 work. It is really heavy log viewer for desktop. My computer slows down...and i got amd athlon 3200+ :(.
Well then i tried this one http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=8524 . Well it started, but it just blinked on the dekstop text "loading...".
Anybody figure out whats wrong?
