hi all
i have been running RH9 and Fedora 2 on an old PC which caused it to grunt and grown but as a server it was fine
tried knoppix from cd and was vv quick. so i thought go for it and use for real and installed it
i have a motorolla usb cable modem which worked fine in RH9 and used the eth1 linked to hub so i could network rest of computers. worked fine.
can not for the life of me work out how to set this up in knoppix i do not want to give up but how do i set up the USB cable modem and then the eth1 like before
(i am intermediate re linux but never use debian.............)
