Trying to boot ancient P200

The furthest I can get with this old box so far (vga=nomal nodma) is the part where it looks for the CD (in this case, it can't find it although it has already booted from it).

Most odd. (this with 3.4 -- maybe the trickiest to boot on old kit.)

Ideas welcome!

I got knoppix to boot to command line on a P133 with 48MB of ram by using:
knoppix 2 nodma nosmp noscsi nopcmcia noagp noapic
