When I try to set up a connection I get a message 'geraet besetzt' (device engaged ??). The device is COM4 and works perfectly under WIN2000.
Any help would be appreciated. I am a complete novice with Knoppix.

Forgot to say that the modem is an Intel 536EP V92.
