hello all,
newbie on linux here .. sorry if this is gonna seem dum.
runnin knoppix 3.4 from cd, tryin to connect to internet no joy. so ive checked the usb view and it has found the usb modem .. but its red, unlike the other which r blue, so imma assume this means its disabled or no drivers for it.
how do i get it runnin ?
ive tried the modem config - usb - then went thru each usb and serial just to see if that changed it. no joy.
any help would be grateful . its prob sommin easy but im overlooking it.
