Permanent Root Password

It would be nice if knoppix had a way for us to change the root password in the iso before we burn it.

There is another livecd which supplies a script which does just that:

Does anyone else think this would be a good feature for knoppix?

Why? If you need it, open the console, and set it to ""1" ( or something similarly easy).
