Oops:0000 error on boot?

I am attempting to boot into text mode and I get this error after the kernel is decompressing.

My guess would be conflict in modules or IRQ's. Try with the pci=biosirq cheatcode (http://www.knoppix.net/docs/index.php/CheatCodes)
