The following command is done on a Debian Woody, sorry

$lppci -v

(...)

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Rage 128 Pro TF (prog-if 00 [VGA])
Subsystem: ATI Technologies Inc: Unknown device 0018
Flags: bus master, stepping, 66Mhz, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
Memory at d8000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=64M]
I/O ports at a800 [size=256]
Memory at dfefc000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16K]
Expansion ROM at dfec0000 [disabled] [size=128K]
Capabilities: <available only to root>

Knoppix (03-21-2003 version) uses generic VESA driver to configure this device, but the optimal driver for this card is 'r128'.

Thx.
