how to reboot with CD drawer opening?

Is there a way to prevent knoppix from opening the CD drawer and pausing with the "remove CD and press any key" message when rebooting? Maybe a reboot flag or customized startup config file?

You can use cheat code knoppix noeject or noprompt. Never tried them so let me know if it works.
