I see that there is an newer version of QT and would like to update or upgrade. How do I go about doing that?

Grab this from Fabian Franz:-

http://debian.tu-bs.de/knoppix/debian/qtparted_0.4.4-3_i386.deb

and install with:-

dpkg -i qtparted_0.4.4-3_i386.deb

on a hd-install.
