plx i really want to play dvds!

I have knoppix 3.3 and when ener i try to open a dvd in xine or vlc. When i try in xine it just shuts the xine player down and in vlc it just doesent work plz help!

Knoppix doesn't have the decrpyting libraires needed to play protected dvds. You could use something like dvddecrypter to unprotect then play them.
