Theres any ICQ for Knoppix 3.6 ?

I wanted to know if theres an icq for knoppix 3.6, on the cd i got some icq but it doesn't work cuz its for 3.4 .

U can use "gaim" for msn, icq etc.
this is where you can find the information about it. I even use this when i have to work on a windows machine!

Gaim is already in knoppix you find it by click "internet".

I do know that you should be able to run the Java version

If you go to http://www.icq.com/communications

or Directly to http://go.icq.com/

It should start the Java version. The same with Yahoo. At the bottom of the page on the messanger site they have "launch web messanger" (fyi)
