When i boot in Knoppix 3.3 as liveCD it makes some HW detection. It detect all devices properly. The problem is when i startup knoppix it makes a continuous freezed sound. I tried to boot as knoppix alsa, and same thing happens
I have a SOYO P4VGM for P IV 1.8 GHZ. The soundcard is VIA AC'97 sound environment and the system assign "Via82_cxxx audio" as driver
What can i do to correct this? how i can select another Soundcard config?
