3 bugs/problems...

I have these problems with Knoppix:

1) During boot/hardware detection I read: "Error: only one processor found". I've got a 7vrxp Gygabyte motherboard (only one processor supported !). All Knoppix versions affected...

2) Random freeze during usage. Probably due to 4.3.x Xserver (so with Knoppix 3.2) because I've got the same problem with Mandrake 9.1. With Mdk I had solved using Xfree without hardware acceleration. How can I do with knoppix ?

3)I've no boot image, only "F2 for help" and "boot:" on a clear blue screen

Any suggestions ???

Get a newer 3.2 iso. I believe these problems have been reported and fixed.

With regard to the processor problem you can try "knoppix nosmp".

1) cheatcode "knoppix nosmp" work well but what exactly do this command ??? I can't find it in the list of boot options !

2) Not used last 3.2 version so much to say that it's solved

that error 1) and 3) are not exactly uncommon...
With one new version every two days why don't Knoppix team look for a solution ???
