New User Template

When I add a new user, they automatically get a set of tools and a "default" desktop. Is there a "config" file that I can modify so all my new users have the same desktop?

Try playing with /etc/skel/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc after backing it up.

BTW, you might want to try asking in the remastering section.
