Is it possible, if I do a poorman's install, to install packages and themes for KDE?

Is it possible, if I do a poorman's install, to install packages and themes for KDE?
I don't expect normal installs to work. Installs with klik to a PH should.

KDE apps can be installed with klik (http://klik.berlios.de), KDE themes cannot (yet) unfortunately.
