Knoppix binaries (deb)?

Where do I find the binary packages of Knoppix (hwdata-knoppix, hotplug-knoppix, automount-knopppix, etc.)?

I got it :). No binaries. Only source packages.

What source pack creates the knoppix-autoconfig in /etc/init.d?
