sound in mozilla/realplayer

hello everybody,

after hd-install of knoppix 3.7 i found that there is no sound in mozilla/realplayer. with a german post i was able to add sound to knoppix and koqueror but i would like to add sound to mozilla/realplayer as well.
can anybody help?
