Create a bootable knoppix on a 1 gig thumbdrive

I have a 1 gig thumb drive and was wondering if there is a knoppix image I could plop on it so that it would be a bootable drive?

There is, and some people have reportedly made it work. I tried for a while to use a thumbdrive as a boot device for a PMI, before I learned a better way. Just yesterday, I think, someone posted a comment about such a success, and I recall that Harry Kuhman replied asking that person to elaborate. Maybe he has. I'll look around and see if I can find it - IIRC, it was in the HD Install forum under a thread dealing with ISO boot under NTFS - it was a thread started by Ruymbeke. I've seen other posts as well, so you may want to try a text search on the forum.
