Adding new "styles" to knoppix 3.6

I want to add more styles into the control panel for knoppix 3.6. Is there a command that I have to put in, or is there a gui that I could use to add stuff to the control center?

I think that that series of posts is a bit confusing for a first time, or even second time installer of themes, styles, etc. Here is a tutorial that has been compiled all into one. Might help.
