no fuzz network card

Hi Linux experts,
I have an ibm 600e with a sweex wireless card. With Windows no problem with knoppix does "see" card but no internet. Dont know linux and can figure about what to do except that one has to become 1e a linux expert and than 2. figure out the problem in an DOS kind of way. All questions and solutions I seem to find are comlicated (for me) or not answered.
How about this: what pmcia cards wireless or not are reconissed and DO work with newest knoppix? Tel me and i buy it ;)

i use a Netgear MA401 wireless, and an orinoco wireless (11M the faster speeds i have NO experiencew with)
my 3com officeconect works great aswell (xjack)
