Okay, so from the wiki, I've learned what I need to get to play DVD's with my Kanotix Bug Hunter X Fix 2 Debian-type installation, but I don't have any means of connecting to the internet in LInux to get those packages. I tried googling but couldn't find a download site for them. Can anyone help me here?

Hi!

I apologize for coming in late and ignorant - I couldn't find what you referred to in the Wiki - is the problem that you need to use Live Installer to get something, but you can't because you don't have the net when you need it? And, even if you did, you can't find where that stuff is?

Sounds serious, but maybe solvable.

You can connect to the net in *that other operating system* then? You must be able to, you posted on the net. Google for the packages you need, download them, burn to a disk, then install to your system using 'dpkg -i /cdrom/*'. Install all at once ('*') or else dpkg may choke on missing dependencies.
Another way (probably better) set your sources.list up for CD source & use apt to do the install.
