View Full Version : are there any programs for writing to more than 1 dvdrw driv

I have two ben q dvd rw drives and i would like to copy files to both dvdrw at the same time also Why can't i copy some of my dvds the current problem i'm having is kiiib in the latest version of stux will not let me copy a 4.4 gb dvd it says only 4.3 is allowed why if media says 4.7? how can i fix? i'm new to linux i have an amd processor (950 mhz) 320 mb ram and i have extra ide controller

First, please do not post multiple times with the same question. It is not polite. Second, the distro you are using is Stux http://www.gpstudio.com/stux/info.html which is not Knoppix based but Slackware based and you are on a Knoppix forum. Try visiting the Stux forum http://stux.tetilab.com/forum/. Third, the CD burning application is K3b not kiiib. Fourth, I don't have a DVD writer so I have not real experience with K3b and DVDs. However I have used K3b quite a bit with CDRs & I know that you will need to find out if the limit comes from the underlying tools like dvd-tools or mkisofs or if the limit is from K3b itself.

Thanx alot Sorry, about posting on knoppix but this is where the search engine took me also if you look at the first question my questions are not identical
