How to save Knemo setup info

I am remastring GamesKnoppix and added knemo to it. I got the following rc file for knemo in /etc/skel/.kde/share/config:

But every time I satrt the remastered CD it pops up for setup. Is there a way to stop it from poping up at start up?

Solved. All it required is to change permissions of knemorc file to be read and write for all.
