File Manager - Super user mode

Hello, i need to acess the Super user mode in file manager. But when i start it i need to enter password * what is that password or where do i get it ? I found nothing in the Knoppix Help file.


edit.. I read a Sticky about the "root password". I think i changed it in the root shell by tiping passwd, because it didnt say it was wrong when i used it in Super user mode.

But still.. It didnt help me with what i was about doing / read :?: file:/mnt/sda2 - Permission, Modify content, Error:!:

- Type su + Enter
- type passwd + Enter
- type your new root password + Enter
- retype your new root password + Enter

Now, you have root password for any program.
