I don't think so, but you could try one of these: http://www.confederatelinux.com/linux/knop-ppc.htm

julir,

in addition to the links given by Markus, there's a long thread here on the knoppix.net forum pages where some more options for the Macintosh/PowerPC platform are being discussed in detail:

Knoppix on Mac (http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3646&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=80)

In particular, there's Gnoppix PPC (a live CD - i.e., boot and test-run it without installing to your HD for a start):

http://www.gnoppix.org/

There's Ubuntu for PowerPC, coming with Gnome as a desktop, and available as a live CD as well as an install CD:

ubuntulinux.org (http://www.ubuntulinux.org/)

And last but not least, there's Kubuntu, which is very similar to Ubuntu, except that it uses KDE instead of Gnome as a desktop:

Kubuntu Linux (http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/Kubuntu/)

Regards,

Walter.

My Knoppix works fine on my PC, I gave one of my adult college students a Knopix 3.4 to try on her MAC and she tried twice and it would not load. That same disk loaded OK on my PC. Check the more advanced posts for more information :)
