Hello,
is there some cheat code to allow knoppix to boot from external USB cdrom? It worked in older version (3.6, 3.7?) but doesn't work in all recent versions including 3.9.
Unfortunately I only have USB keyboard so when it drops me to some emergency shell I cannot write anything sice usb modules are not yet loaded.
It would be nice to have a way to force early loading of usb hid and usb storage modules.
Does USB boot work for anybody? Am I doing something wrong?
BTW the device is TC1000 tablet. It boots fine via network from other knoppix machine. It also boots fine from this USB CD-ROM in gentoo installer and systemrescuecd. Only knoppix doesn't work.
