- Knoppix 4.0 DVD LinuxTag Edition , Knoppix Style HD Install

Opening a shell and typing su or sudo " program "
allows me to bypass new set passwd for root .
Programs that need root privileges can be executed via shell
without root passwd .

How do i achieve that Knoppix asks for passwd too, if i "su " or "sudo " in the shell ?
( Want to surf in the net with knoppix and see a severe lack of security in this problem )
Thanks

Sure, then don't install Knoppix to the HD as Knoppix style. Knoppix style implies that it boots off the HD and runs _just like_ a Knoppix CD/DVD where the default user 'knoppix' can su or sudo without password.

See http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=86771#86771 for a link to screenshots of the entire HD install where I choose to install it Debian style.
