Hi,

you can change setup options in BIOS.
The first driver for booting should be CD drive.

Did you read the frequently asked questions about downloading, checking ISO file with md5 checksums, & burning at the Downloading FAQ (http://www.knoppix.net/wiki/Downloading_FAQ)? It contains alot of helpful information make sure you get a good burn.
Once you have checked the MD5 checksums & then burned the ISO as an image then in Windows explorer, you should see the contents of the CDR as follows:
E:\>dir
Volume in drive E is KNOPPIX
Volume Serial Number is 3DE1-E762

Directory of E:\

12/09/2004 05:15a <DIR> KNOPPIX
06/17/2001 04:50a 54 autorun.bat
02/22/2003 11:23p 45 autorun.inf
05/01/2004 04:35p 967 autorun.pif
01/10/2004 04:40p <DIR> boot
03/02/2004 05:28p 3,262 cdrom.ico
11/04/2004 09:28p 2,049 index.html
5 File(s) 6,377 bytes
2 Dir(s) 0 bytes free
or see the image http://img71.imageshack.us/my.php?image=knoppixlist5xa.jpg

Once you have confirmed that everything is OK & the CDR burn is good. Then see the FAQ My computer won't boot from CD. What should I do? (http://www.knoppix.net/wiki/Downloading_FAQ#Q:_My_computer_won.27t_boot_from_C D._What_should_I_do.3F)

No, just the ISO file and a MD5 file.

You haven't even bothered to find out what the md5 file is, but expect others to take time to answer your question, right?
Read the Downloading FAQ in the documentation section.
