Hello,
I've been using Knoppix for web developement and it always worked as expected - fast and accurate, but when I've decided to upgrade to v 3.9 the things seemed to look different.
First there is a new debian-like set of mysql configuration rules placed in: /etc/mysql
debian.cnf
and a modified
my.cnf...
When I finally configured mysql and php I've started a few web applications - the response from php scripts was so slowed down that the browser is loading the page for a minutes and nothing happens. I've tested this with Mozzila and Konqueror so please tell if you've encountered such problems.
Cheers,
Nevyan
