[A lost noob]

Ok im new to all this but i know somethins about computers. i have downloaded KNOPPIX_V3.8.2-2005-05-05-EN.iso and i am ready to burn it to a disk. i would like some help in what i need to do next. and how to run this program and what ''codes'' i need to put in i would be very apreciative if you could help

ok, one little tip... harry doesnt like it when u post incorrectly... one you could of posted in the general questions or other threads, and a subject name like "What should i know and do before i use linux" would of been great... (i can only thing of really funky names when ever i think for them for other people... dammit huh)

anyway... knoppix is a live cd... no installation required, it pritty much goes onto ram... so once the power is out... bam... its gone...

well, place the cd in the cd-rom drive, and make sure your computer can boot from cd-rom drive... you can do that in the bios... yay!!

other than that... just press enter on the boot screen... yay... press F2 if you want to know some more boot codes... :D:D

simple huh... if you want to do a hard drive install, trust me when i say this... search for it... you'll find its the code
