Hey there!!
Is was thinking if it is possible to install Debian, and then install all the knoppix packages from http://developer.linuxtag.net/knoppix/
and then have a fully uptodate knoppix with the newest xwindow managers and other stuff??
If it is, then how do i compile a kernel with unionfs support, and get unionfs to work??

It certainly belongs under customizing more than here. What "other live CD" than Knoppix is involved in what you are discussing? Maybe no one responded in the less than 3 hours that you waited because it was the middle of the night in the U.S. and very early morning in western Europe. Please don't post the same question to multiple groups, it is not permitted in these forums.

My point was really that you made a scond post on the same subject in less than 3 hours, hardly enough time to expect that most regular users would have had time to see your first post. Not quite sure why you say "i can not find out about US and europe time", particularly since you are in Denmark, which means the early morning statement should be obvious to you, but understanding that the world is divided into time zones isn't rocket science (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_zones).
