how to remove the automount??

hi all,
When knoppix boots, i think devices like floppy cdrom, harddisk gets mounted automatically. i don't want that, i want to manually mount...
How can i remove the auto mounting. Is it enough to edit the fstab?? if so what are the changes???

Second is that the icons of floppy cdrom and harddisk(Partitions) appear in the desktop. how can i remove that??

how to remove the automount??1) When making a remaster as in during the process? 2) Or to make a new Knoppix CD that does not automount?

1) Boot knoppix with the cheat code: knoppix nofstab noswap

2) Edit the isolinux.cfg file and append nofstab noswap to the default entry.
