Login Manager - How to set?

Hi

How to setup a login manager in order to have different users prompt and password? Knoppix, after booting, is login with one user only - "Knoppix" without prompting login/password. Have created a new user from AddUser menu but got no chance to choose none because system goes directly into "Knoppix" user without prompt.

Thanks!!! Shame on me! I've chosen Knoppix installation! Now, installed again, chose Debian, and everything went fine.
