I picked up the Knoppix Hacks book and use it as a guide for using Knoppix in general. Their reference point is Knoppix 3.4 that comes with the book. One of the features is a "live-installer" that can be accessed from:
K Menu > KNOPPIX > Utilities > Install Software while running from CD
This option does not exist in this place in 3.9 or 4.0.2. Could someone please tell me if the "live-installer" has been abandoned or how to access it in the newer versions? I'm trying to use F-Prot to do a system AV scan. I saw a little something about Klik and don't know that much about it whether I have to install it each time or if it exists on the cd as a program.
