Setting up WPC54G ver2 --- not working

I have an WPC54G ver2
so i download some drivers to istalled apperantly work becuze i see the power on of the wireless card but it seems not to get my network connect all is see is some off/any which mean that is not connected some help pls maybe im missing something thank you after i done ill post my result with a good tutorial on how to make your wirelles done thnaks again

So I stared my configuration with
