USB 2.0 Devices run at 1.0 speeds (12Mbit/sec) (4.02)

Knoppix 4.02 runs USB 2.0 devices at 1.0 speeds (12 Mbit/sec).
Same system booting Knoppix 3.9, other Linux and FreeBSD CDs runs them at USB 2.0 speeds.

What information can I provide that will help knoppix developers understand and fix this problem?

nothing much, just try modprobing ehci

modprobe ehci
it should help.

I've the same problem, but modprobe ehci dosn't work, because ehci does not exist.

Does anyone have another idea?

Haven't tried but looks like the driver needs insmod with path http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22204
btw, it's ehci-hcd.
