flash and shockwave help

ok i am runnig live cd and i need hel pon how to install flash and shockwave. Evvery time i try to do it i fail. i am using knoppix 4.0 CD

Do you have a persistant home directory? If not create one and try again. Also provide the error messages from the flash installer if you continue to have problems.
