Hi *,
there are ways to install a baseline Debian system using Knoppix and debootstrap, as documented here:
http://www.inittab.de/manuals/debootstrap.html
But, I was wondering how could you install, say FreeBSD from source or any other OS from which you could get either the source or iso images?
I think this should be not only possible, but not that difficult. What are the procedures and main issues one should be looking into while trying something like this?
Thanks
