Cleaning windows using linux

ok ok... me windows is on a fat32, so i can read, write and destroy from linux *evil evil evil laugh*...

are there any tools which i can use in linux that will clean windows from virus, adaware, spyware, trojans, etc...

clamav, Fsecure make AV for linux. they should clean Win partition if pointed there. Clam is in Knoppix iirc

there's a big virus that a lot of microsoft products get...you can fix it with cfdisk. i think it's called \/\/ 1 |\| |) 0 \/\/ Z or something.
