Remaster with Firefox extensions and customizations

When I remaster, is there a way to install prefered extensions (yahoo toolbar, cute menu icons, mouse gestures, etc.) as well as to save my customizations made (such as associating the mms protocol with mplayer)? I have noticed when I remaster that there is not a /home/knoppix directory where a .mozilla directory would be created for extensions and customizations.
